SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship exclusively within New Zealand and Australia. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier service. While we will do our best to assist with any shipping-related concerns, Make Waves is not liable for delays, loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery that occurs after an order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Make Waves, we are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or fault, you may request an exchange or refund within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if a replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued. Claims must be submitted with clear photos and a description of the defect. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse. Make Waves reserves the right to inspect and assess all claims before approving an exchange or refund.
